These terms apply to your use of whimsypace.com and purchases from WhimsyWorks LLC, doing business as Whimsy Pace. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, keep account credentials private and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with site security, submit fraudulent orders or misuse other people’s information.

Product information and fit

We describe materials and construction using the information available for each style. Colors can look different across screens and lighting. Review the style-specific size chart before choosing; a size reference from one shoe may not match another. Photographs show styling examples; only the listed pair of shoes is included.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown before order submission. Prices may change for future orders. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request, rather than guaranteeing acceptance. If there is a material pricing, stock or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund.

We may decline an order where there is a reasonable concern about fraud, inaccurate information or delivery outside our service area. We do not substitute an item without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

We deliver only to the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days; standard transit takes 2–7 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on orders of $59 or more and $6.99 below that threshold. See the Shipping Policy for complete details and how we handle delays.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be unused and in their original packaging. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains postage responsibilities, the return address and refund timing.

Site content

Our brand identity, written content and site design are provided for personal shopping use. Do not copy or commercially reuse them without permission. Product imagery and other materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Liability and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits nonwaivable consumer rights or replaces any remedies required by applicable law.

Questions and changes

We may revise these terms for future use of the site; the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. Contact us if you have a concern so we can work toward a resolution.
